A height of the step portion is set lower than a height of a tread face of the shoulder main body portion and higher than the height of a lug groove. The step portion extends from a tire equatorial plane side end portion of the shoulder main body portion, beyond a tire width direction ground contact edge, to a tire shoulder portion.
