The first sub-pixel unit includes a first light-emitting unit, a first drive transistor, and a first reset transistor, wherein the first reset transistor has a first channel region and is electrically connected to the first light-emitting unit and the first drive transistor. The second sub-pixel unit includes a second light-emitting unit, a second drive transistor, and a second reset transistor, wherein the second reset transistor has a second channel region and is electrically connected to the second light-emitting unit and the second drive transistor, and the width of the first channel region is different from the width of the second channel region.
