The installation device information memory device (11) stores installation device identification information of the installation device attached at an installation position, and location information on the installation position in correlation with each other. Each component mounting machine includes a communication-abnormal-time installation device determination section (12). When communication with the configuration management device (1H) is impossible, the communication-abnormal-time installation device determination section (12) compares installation device identification information of the installation device mounted at the installation position and the location information on the installation position, to installation device identification information of the installation device and location information correlated with the installation device identification information, which are stored in the installation device information memory device (11), so as to determine whether the installation device is used.
