The apparatus for processing vehicle emergency conditions according to an aspect of the invention comprises: a first sound sensor disposed inside the vehicle; and a processing unit coupled with the first sound sensor, which is configured to determine whether an individual inside the vehicle is in an emergency condition according to signals collected by the first sound sensor and an internal environmental state of the vehicle, and to generate a command or instruction signal for executing emergency processing operation when the individual inside the vehicle is in an emergency condition.
