The drum core 12 has a shaft part 14 and flange parts 16, 22, and conductive wires 32, 34 are wound around the outer periphery face of the shaft part 14 in the same winding direction by the same number of windings, with leader parts 32A, 32B, 34A, 34B led from both ends thereof. The flange parts 16, 22 have side face grooves 18, 20, 24, 26 on their side faces 16C, 16D, 22C, 22D, inside which side face grooves the engagement parts 40A, 42A, 44A, 46A are provided and positioned across the center of the flange part 16 or 22 in the height direction, where the leader parts 32A, 32B, 34A, 34B are electrically connected to the terminal electrodes 40, 42, 44, 46.
