A first outline included in a first projection of the gate electrode crosses a third outline included in a third projection of the connecting member at first and second intersections, a second outline included in a second projection of the metal layer crosses the third outline at third and fourth intersections, and a first distance between the first and second intersections is less than a second distance between the third and fourth intersections.
