An end of the first organic insulating layer and an end of the second organic insulating layer each have a tapering shape, the first organic insulating layer has a first side surface and a first bottom surface, the second organic insulating layer has a second side surface and a second bottom surface, and an angle made by the second side surface and the second bottom surface is smaller than an angle made by the first side surface and the first bottom surface.
