Further, the inner box has an open end tube that keeps the second water inlet in communication with the bottom chamber and isolated from the inner box. Further, the cover has a first water outlet below the elevation of the first water inlet. The aisle is disposed in communication with the space outside the housing via a second water outlet that is disposed below the elevation of the second water inlet.
