Also, the device includes a plurality of first protrusion portions provided on the second face of the flange in a line, in a direction intersecting a direction in which the plurality of heat radiating fins are aligned; and a second protrusion portion which is provided on the second face of the flange on a side opposite to the plurality of first protrusion portions, by interposing the plurality of heat radiating fins therebetween.
