The portable lachrymatory and electrical device includes a fluid reservoir containing a lachrymatory composition, and a pump in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir and an orifice. The orifice is operable to emit a fluid stream trajectory of the lachrymatory composition there-through. The portable lachrymatory and electrical device also includes two terminals operable to deliver an electric potential between the two terminals.
