The wearable electronic apparatus includes: a head-mounted headphone having two sound generators and an elastic headband connected to the two sound generators; a display assembly having two end parts and a central part located between the two end parts; and two connecting mechanisms. Each of the two connecting mechanisms is connected to one of the two sound generators corresponding to the connecting mechanism and connected to one of the two end parts of the display assembly corresponding to the connecting mechanism, so that the end part of the display assembly is configured to deflect with respect to the sound generator.
