The method includes steps of: preloading an area of a maximum touch region with a maximum force, presetting a relationship among a current force, an area of a current touch region, the maximum force and the area of the maximum touch region, and presetting at least two force levels, wherein each of the at least two force levels corresponds to a respective range of a ratio of the current force to the maximum force; detecting and calculating the area of the current touch region of the touch component when touched; according to the relationship, calculating the ratio of the current force to the maximum force by using the area of the current touch region, so as to determine a corresponding one of the at least two force levels.
