The present disclosure further provides a mask plate assembly comprising a frame, and a mask plate secured to the frame, wherein a colloid is formed in a predetermined area of a surface of the mask plate, and the colloid is higher than any other area on the surface of the mask plate where the colloid is not formed. The present disclosure further provides an evaporation device and a method for manufacturing the display substrate.
