The method further includes presenting in a first virtual space a plurality of first potential match users as candidates to be matched with the first user. The method further includes detecting a first input from the first user and detecting a first period during which the first user designates the second user. The method further includes presenting in a second virtual space presenting a plurality of second potential match users as candidates to be matched with the second user. The method further includes detecting a second input from the second user and detecting a second period during which the second user designates the first user. The method further includes matching the first user and the second user in accordance with the first period and the second period satisfying a predetermined relation.
