The articles of manufacture and compositions contain lamotrigen and/or bupropion. The compositions include pharmaceutical compositions which are intended to alleviate dizziness and/or vertigo. In certain aspects the disclosure includes articles of manufacture and kits which include printed material which provides an indication that the articles or compositions are intended to be used for prophylaxis and/or therapy of Meniere's Disease or a symptom thereof.
