A battery accommodating part is configured to accommodate the battery with the first surface of the battery exposed from the battery accommodating part. A cover is configured to cover the battery in the battery accommodating part. A first restraint part is configured to restrain the first end portion from moving toward the cover and is covered with the cover. A second restraint part is configured to restrain the second end portion from moving toward the cover and is covered with the cover.
