The vehicle notification apparatus includes a determination portion determining whether the subject vehicle is travelling on a road where a lane change is allowed, and a notification determination portion determining whether to output the notification signal to the notification portion according to a distance between the subject vehicle and the non-subject vehicle and a relative speed of the non-subject vehicle with respect to the subject vehicle when the determination portion determines that the subject vehicle is travelling on the road where the lane change is allowed.
