The stopping device includes: a pedestal; a driving structure rotatably connected to the pedestal through a first spindle; a stopping arm rotatably connected to the pedestal through a second spindle; and a linkage rod connected between the driving structure and the stopping arm. The driving structure is configured to drive the linkage rod to move, so that the linkage rod drives the stopping arm to rotate about the second spindle between a first position and a second position.
