The plating layer contains 4.0 mass % to 14.0 mass % of aluminum, 1.0 mass % to 10.0 mass % of magnesium, and the balance of zinc. The plating layer contains aluminum and magnesium in a total content of 15 mass % or less and zinc in a content of 85 mass % or more.
