The active component comprises a plurality of constituents, including at least a sleep inducing agent, an analgesic agent, an anesthetic agent, and an adrenergic agonist agent. The sleep inducing agent comprises Midazolam, the analgesic agent comprises Fentanyl, the anesthetic agent comprises Ketamine, and the adrenergic agonist agent comprises Clonidine. The active component comprises the following amounts, indicated as a percentage of the weight of the active component: approximately 4.75% of the sleep inducing agent, approximately 0.10% of the analgesic agent, approximately 95.08% of the anesthetic agent, and approximately 0.07% of the adrenergic agonist agent.
