The dust-collecting body has a plurality of air channels laterally formed therethrough and discharge apertures formed in upper and lower surfaces thereof at inlets of the plurality of air channels. A discharge unit is integrally formed with the dust-collecting unit at the inlets of the plurality of air channels to facilitate corona discharge in air introduced into the inlets of the plurality of air channels.
