The display control section determines whether the object detected by the object detecting section is present in, of the display target data, a range of data displayed as a display screen image on the display section, keeps the display section from displaying a scroll bar in presence of the object in the range of data, and allows the display section to display the scroll bar in absence of the object in the range of data.
