The method includes providing a user interface that includes one or more prompts for soliciting information associated with the real property asset. Data associated with the real property asset is received. Based on the data associated with the real property asset, comparable data associated with one or more comparable assets is determined. An auction reserve price for the real property asset is generated based on the data associated with the real property asset and the comparable data.
