The electronic control device is configured to execute a gear shift of the transmission based on a traveling state, switch automatic driving by automatic driving control and manual driving by a driving operation from a driver, and inhibit switching between the automatic driving and the manual driving until the gear shift of the transmission is completed after the gear shift of the transmission starts.
