An outflow opening of an outflow passage constituting the outer peripheral surface washing passage is provided in a position closer to the backside into the annular clearance by a length dimension than a front end surface of a front ring section constituting the shaping air ring. Further, the outflow opening opens to the annular clearance in an angle that is an acute angle to the atomizing head outer peripheral surface.
