The touch layer is disposed on the encapsulation layer and includes a plurality of first/second touch electrodes disposed on one side, facing away from the flexible substrate, of the encapsulation layer and on a same layer. Each first touch electrode includes a plurality of first touch electrode blocks and first junctions for joining two adjacent first touch electrode blocks. Each second touch electrode includes a plurality of second touch electrode blocks and second junctions for joining two adjacent second touch electrode blocks. Each first junction and an associated second junction overlay in a direction perpendicular to the flexible substrate. The first/second touch electrodes are made of a conductive polymer material and formed by ink-jet printing or coating.
