A shielded transmission electrode applies alternating positive and/or negative charge stimulating or repressing the enhanced delivery or repression of drugs to the injury site for increased therapeutic treatment dependent on known therapeutic properties of so prescribed drugs inputted to a charge generating micro-controller.
