An example method may include receiving, by a computing device, an indication that a mobile device associated with a first user account is located within a facility. The method may also include accessing, in response to the received indication, information from a pharmacy management software system associated with the first user account. The method may also include determining a refill opportunity associated with the first user account. Additionally, the method may include transmitting a refill opportunity notification to the mobile device based at least in part on the determined refill opportunity.
