The method includes: dividing a single display screen into display regions which are arranged into an M×N array, where M is an integer larger than 1 and N is an integer larger than 1; and controlling respective display regions to display corresponding images, such that the images displayed by all the display regions are allowed to be spliced together to present a picture to be displayed by the display screen.
