The housing includes a circular bottom portion including a through-hole, and a first bearing retaining portion retaining the first bearing and extending in one direction. The bus bar portion includes a bus bar, and a bus bar holder supporting the bus bar. The bus bar holder includes a second bearing retaining portion retaining the second bearing, and a tubular main body portion. The main body portion is positioned by the stator.
