A mobile payment system and/or an electronic card is detected within the physical environment associated with the content presentation system. Responsive to the detecting operation, information, associated with the content, is transmitted to a user device of a user associated with the mobile payment system and/or the electronic card. Responsive to detecting operation, an identifier corresponding to the content is stored in association with a profile related directly or indirectly to the mobile payment system and/or the electronic card.
