The license-information acquiring unit acquires information related to an application software license from the server. The installed-information acquiring unit acquires, from the device, information related to installed application software installed in the device. The display controller performs control so as to display image information expressing the acquired installed application software. The execution controller executes the application software by receiving a command from a user for an operation related to the application software, which is performed by using the displayed image information. The execution controller controls an operation performable by the user with respect to the installed application software based on license information acquired by the installed-information acquiring unit.
