An agrochemical formulation comprising a structurant, surfactant adjuvant, and optionally an agrochemical active and/or nutrient. The structurant is a polyol ester of a C4 to C16 dicarboxylic acid, and may be obtainable by the reaction of C4 to C16 dicarboxylic acid, C2 to C8 polyol, and C16 to C30 monocarboxylic fatty acid. There is also provided a method of making the concentrate. The structurant is suitable for use in concentrates and agrochemical formulations to provide structuring in adjuvant based systems.
