The display panel includes a quantum dot converter configured to convert light of a predetermined color emitted from a light source into light of a different color using a quantum dot unit and emit the converted light; and a light transmitter configured to transmit a part of the light of the predetermined color emitted from the light source and convert a remaining part of the light of the predetermined color into light of a different color and emit the converted light.
