An organic light emitting diode display panel is disclosed, which includes: a first substrate, having a display region and a non-display region; an organic light emitting layer disposed above the first substrate; and a plurality of spacers disposed above the first substrate, the spacers including a first spacer, a second spacer, a third spacer and a fourth spacer, the first spacer and the second spacer being adjacently located in the display region, and the third spacer and the fourth spacer being adjacently located in the non-display region, wherein a first minimum distance is between the first spacer and the second spacer, a second minimum distance is between the third spacer and the fourth spacer, and the first minimum distance is different from the second minimum distance.
