In various embodiments, the head and the handle may comprise functionalities such as an anchor and attachment point, or belay loop, to allow a user to bail out of a hazardous environment. In various embodiments the head and/or the handle may comprise functionalities to provide a means by which a user may shut off gas and/or water at various sources.
