A display unit displays a request screen used for requesting a data processing apparatus to process data. At least one of processing apparatus images acquired by the image acquiring unit and at least one of data images indicating data that is requested to be processed are displayed on the request screen. In response to an operation of an operator of designating one of the processing apparatus images and one of the data images on the request screen, a request for processing the data indicated by the designated data image is transmitted to the data processing apparatus indicated by the designated processing apparatus image.
