An approaching-body warning device includes a detection system that detects automobiles and the like approaching to an own vehicle from various directions. A vibration device includes a plurality of vibrating body pairs, each being a right-left pair of vibrating bodies, arranged along a vehicle travelling direction at the interior component with which a driver's body is to be in contact. When the detection system detects the detection target approaching from one or a plurality of directions, a vibration control unit controls the vibration device to cause the vibrating body pairs to vibrate in accordance with each direction in which the detection target detected by the detection system is approaching to the own vehicle and a distance therebetween.
