The gate wiring includes a gate line extending in the first direction and a gate electrode protruding from the gate line. The semiconductor member overlaps the gate electrode and includes a source region, a drain region, and a channel region. The data wiring extends in the second direction and is electrically connected to the source region. The drain electrode is electrically connected to the drain region. An edge of the gate electrode in the first direction is located in an overlap area between the drain region and the light-blocking protrusion.
