Here, the method for performing handover, by the first terminal, may comprise the steps of: receiving information on a first bias value from a base station; receiving information on a second bias value from a second terminal; and performing handover on the basis of the first bias value and the second bias value. Here, the first terminal and the second terminal are configured in the same terminal group, the first bias value is a bias value for the terminal group, and the second bias value may be a bias value for the first terminal.
