The driving method is applicable to a liquid crystal display panel, the liquid crystal display panel including a plurality of first data lines and includes: grouping the plurality of first data lines into a plurality of sub-groups, each sub-group including a plurality of second data lines; determining a gray-scale value difference of data on each data line from a gray scale of a previous row to a gray scale of a next row, with respect to the plurality of second data lines of each sub-group; and selectively performing charge sharing with the plurality of second data lines in each sub-group, according to the determined gray-scale value difference.
