The storage bears instructions executable by the processor to determine a quality, at a location, of service for a service of a particular cellular service type, where the service is associated with a cellular service provider. The instructions are also executable to, based on the quality of service at the location, use subscriber identification module (SIM) data to communicate at least with a second device through the service, the second device being different from the first device.
