The device includes an array substrate, an organic planarization layer disposed on the array substrate, a pixel definition layer disposed on the organic planarization layer, and defining multiple pixel regions, a touch electrode layer disposed on a surface of the pixel definition layer closed to the organic planarization layer, and/or disposed on a surface of the pixel definition layer away from the organic planarization layer. The above structure can increase the lightweight of the in-cell OLED touch display device, the decrease the process difficulty and increase the quality.
