The base includes a first connection port and a power source, and the power source is coupled to the first connection port including a first connection electrode and a second connection electrode. The cover includes at least one fan and a second connection port corresponding to the first connection port of the base, the at least one fan is coupled to the second connection port, and the second connection port includes a first contact electrode and a second contact electrode. The cover is connected to the base and moves between an open position and a closed position relative to the base. The first connection port is connected to the second connection port when the cover is at the closed position, and the power source provides power to the at least one fan.
