The method comprises the steps of: transmitting sidelink UE information to a network; and receiving a D2D resource configuration determined on the basis of the sidelink UE information, wherein the sidelink UE information comprises at least one of information indicating whether the UE is interested in receiving a D2D signal, and a resource allocation request for transmitting the D2D signal.
