The illuminating arrangement includes a supporting frame supported by the main body, and a plurality of illuminating units embedded in the supporting frame and electrically connected to the control module, the illuminating units and the audio speaker unit being driven by the control module to deliver an optimal mix of lighting and sound effect respectively while the liquid is diffused and dispensed from the main body.
