Additionally, the access channel and the second channel are transmitted simultaneously. Each of the access channel and the second channel are transmitted at a transmission power determined based on the priority. Further, a method, apparatus, and computer program product for wireless communication are provided in which information is received regarding first resources to use for transmitting an access channel with an acknowledgment and second resources for transmitting the access channel with a negative acknowledgment. Further, the access channel is transmitted on the first or second resources.
