The non-foamed first layer has a non-foamed polymer film with a first surface and a thickness from 5 microns to 250 microns. The foamed second layer has a foamed polymer film comprising a Mean Void Volume Percentage from 45% to 80% and a thickness of from 10 microns to 250 microns. The beauty care product also has a cosmetic composition with an effective amount of a skin active agent and a pressure sensitive adhesive.
