The communications positioning apparatus comprises a communications antenna and a rotation device. The communications antenna comprises at least two antennas. The rotation device drives the communications antenna to rotate, wherein the method comprises: acquiring a first command, wherein the first command turns on a positioning mode; in response to the first command, acquiring angle information corresponding to the communications antenna and a beacon; in accordance with the angle information, determining corresponding rotation parameters of the rotation device, wherein the rotation parameters comprise at least a rotation direction and a rotation angle; and in accordance with the rotation parameters, controlling the rotation device to drive the rotation direction and rotation angle corresponding to the communications antenna.
