The mobile terminal comprises a frame for mounting a portable device thereon, and the portable device mounted on the frame, the portable device comprising: a display unit for playing content; a sensing unit for sensing a direction change of the mobile terminal; a camera for photographing an object of a user; and a control unit, wherein the display unit is disposed so as to be directed toward the eyes of the user wearing the mobile terminal, and the control unit controls the display unit such that the display unit displays, on a partial region, a notification for a sub-menu corresponding to the changed direction of the mobile terminal when the direction of the mobile terminal is changed by a first angle or more during the playing of the content.
